Salvation is the process by which God rescues us from sin and death and gives us the gift of eternal life. In order to be saved, we must put our trust in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. The requirement for our salvation is that someone must die to pay for our sin. And that someone has to be sinless, spiritually alive, and human like us. Since all of Adam’s race died because of sin, man is helpless and doomed to suffer eternal death. This is when the Love of God shined forth. “God demonstrates His love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” 
But what must one do to be saved?
Repent and Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Turn to Jesus, accept His sacrifice on the cross for you, and believe in His bloodshed for your redemption. Follow the steps:
Now speak to the Lord Jesus by yourself with words from your heart coveying the same meaning as the ones below:
- Thank Him for dying for you,
- Thank Him for carrying your sins on the cross, for suffering and paying for them;
- Tell Him you want Him to be your Savior from now on.
- Tell Him you are submitting your life to Him, that you want Him to be Lord of your life from this moment on. Romans 10:9.\end{qoute}
Now Believe and Confess JESUS as your Lord, Savior, and King. Open your mouth and declare that Jesus is your Savior and that you accept Him as your Lord from this moment on. Speak these words with your whole heart:

- I believe in my heart Jesus Christ is the Son of God
- I believe He suffered and died on the cross for me and paid for my sins. He was made sin for me.
- I believe He was buried and rose on the third day for my justification. He was made sin for me, and I have been made righteous by His death and resurrection.
Declare With Your Mouth, “Jesus Is Lord”
- I confess Jesus Christ is my Savior, Lord, Physician, and King.
- Now, according to God’s Word, I am saved.
- Romans 10:9 says, “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved” (Rom 10:9-11)
