Jehovah Hoseenu, the Lord our maker.
Let us worship and bow down. Beloved. Today we turn our hearts and minds to one of the most awe-inspiring names of God. Jehovah Hoseenu, meaning the Lord our maker. This profound name calls us to recognize God as our creator, the one who shaped the universe, breathe life into humanity, and continues to this very day.
To shape every detail of our lives. The roots of the name are powerful. Jehovah tells us that God is eternal and self existent. He always was and always will be. Hoseenu means our maker, pointing to his deep, intimate involvement in creation. Every sunrise, every star, every breath you take is not an accident, but the masterpiece of the Almighty.
Psalm 95 cul six captures this beautifully. The Psalmist says, come let us bow down and worship. Let us kneel before Jehovah Hoseenu the Lord, our maker. This is an open invitation for every believer. Take a moment to pause, reflect and truly acknowledge his authority and craftsmanship. God’s sovereign power stretches across the universe, but it’s also personal.
He made you on purpose and with purpose. When we truly see God as our Lord and maker, it fills our hearts with awe and reverence. The majesty and creativity in all his works from the tallest mountain to the smallest ant should lead us straight into deep worship when we realize that Jehovah Hoseenu not only made the cosmos, but formed each of us with amazing precision and care.
We can’t help but be inspired. This truth is an eye-opener for everyone battling insecurity, fear, or doubt about their place in the world. If the Almighty formed you, you are not random or forgotten. You have been specially and wonderfully made. There’s no other person like you. You have a unique purpose of great value.
Do you know what you’re worth to God? You are that pearl of great price that when the merchant man found you. He went and sold all that he had and purchased you. You are worth so much to God that Jesus came and gave his life to purchase you back. Just think about that for a minute and let it inspire your spirituality and deepen your faith.
We can live at peace. Knowing that the one who set the universe in place also guides our everyday steps, our lives, dreams, talents, and vocations can be offered back to him in worship. When we reflect on his might and his love for us, we are reminded that our greatest fulfillment is found in worship, prayer and submitting to him.
So how do we practically honor Jehovah Hoseenu Each day begin and end each day with Thanksgiving. Enter into his gates with Thanksgiving. Into his courts with praise. Be thankful unto him and bless his name, know that the Lord is God. He is our Jehovah Hoseenu. It is he that hath made us and not we ourselves.

Approach your life and others with dignity and respect, knowing that everyone you meet is also made by the same almighty creator. Pursue your calling with courage. Trusting in his inspiration and sovereign power. Let worship and bowing down before the Lord.

Thank you for being the eternal, self existent creator who formed the universe in humanity with such intimate involvement and craftsmanship. Thank you for we have been fearfully and wonderfully made and made for a divine purpose. We worship You. We join the heavenly host in saying holy. Holy, holy Lord God Almighty, who was and is, and is to come.
We give glory, honor thanks and praise to you who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever. We join the four and 20 elders who fall before you continually and worship you, casting their crowns before the throne.
We join them in saying, Thou art worthy, oh Lord, to receive glory and honor and power. For Thou has created all things and for thy pleasure, they are and were created. Lord, we acknowledge your authority, your sovereignty, and surrender our lives, anew to your divine will. Lord, help us reflect your beauty and shine forth the glory of your name. All the days of our lives. We give you all the praise and thanksgiving for answering our prayers.
Thank you for filling us with your spirit so we can worship you in spirit and truth. For these are the days when true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth. Thank you for your spirit has rested upon us, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord and the spirit of worship and revelation.
